While I was in the army I drew several army-themed images, this is one of them.
Featuring Dr. Robotnik (a.k.a. Dr. Eggman) in the m-91 military uniform they use in Finnish military-forces (they're slowly changing the uniform for m-05)
Sooo, in the army no moustache or beard is not approved and he's runningf like hell to get a way and saving his moustaches
had my fun/pain with this.

When Eggman is given a realistically proportioned body that's not TOO fat and even surprisingly athletic and strong for his obesity, it's easier to take him seriously, even with that face and mustache.
